Week Fifteen: Spring Break
It's Spring Break, so I don't want to hold myself accountable to too much:) Here are the few ideas swimming in my head:
Athlete: Commit to finding a 'coach'. I haven't had a trainer now for over a year, and I'm ready, and more importantly NEED someone to be accountable to! So I'm going to pursue 2 possibilities.
Health: Drink my water and swim 4x's this week (pic above is NOT me, but of a Splish suit, similar to one I just bought. My new suit makes me (sort of) feel this svelte & is a great motivator to jump in the pool!)
Home: Learn Picasa and how to use it for storing/mailing pictures
Friend: Make a plan to bike, swim, and run with a friend.
