A Few Friday Favs!

I wanted to give myself a lil' time to reflect on the good stuff that's happened this week, so what better way to do so than with a post!  So here's my five favs so far this week:

1. I got to be twinsies w/my swimming BFF
Here we are at ~5:30 this am, about to swim her stellar master's swim group down in Menlo Park. It was our chance to wear our matching suits, and well it felt so cute! (But that feeling soon faded when she hopped in lane 1 and I tip toed down to lane ~6). But swimming with ~40 ps at 5:30am is just down right cool.


2. I Heard from Oxygen Magazine;-)
The copy editor asked my DH to sign a photo release of the photo I showed on my post~1 wk ago, and for my mailing address to send me some copies of the mag. Woo-hoo! I forgot to ask her when the magazine is coming out though.


3. I Bought the Garmin 305
I really, really, really appreciated getting all your comments and feedback for it! So cool! I think that's the most comments I've received...ever! I searched around and found the best price on Amazon for ~$158 and I should get it next week...


4. Watching the Olympic Opening Ceremonies tonite!
Need I say more?

Now, don't get me wrong, some not so *fun* stuff happened too (stress, had too much sugar, pangs of mommy guilt, etc), but I wanted to focus on the upside. What favorite/fun thing will you share with me here on this fine Friday? It can be anything. I wanna hear it!
