# Whole30-Update!
Hello! I'm here with an update. YES! I did #Whole30- completely. For the whole 30 days. In fact, I'm still doing the program. I think this is day #41 for me.
And have I seen/felt results? You betcha!
Here are my pre/post pictures (SUPER Sexy.....hahahaha!). And you can't really tell a difference in these pictures- I didn't have a full length mirror, etc etc, but yes I feel and see a difference with my body and energy! I probably dropped at least one dress size.

My Survival Stash on How I was able to make #Whole30 work for me:
#RX Bars- Love them! NOTE: They are Compliant but not Approved. Meaning, they have only whole 30 ingredients, but they don't abide by the lifestyle eating choice approved by the Whole30 Program. Nonetheless, they were a perfect afternoon snack for me.
#Nutpods french vanilla for my coffee! - Need I say anything more?
#Primal Mayonaise and Dijon Mustard- for pretty much everything for lunch ;-)
I will make a point to post more updates on what continues to work and maybe not so much with eating #Whole30. I am SO so glad I committed to this program for ME. I have WAY more stable high energy, my clothes fit again, and my varicose veins drastically subsided (who knew?? I was shocked!)
